📋Lead Retrieval – Optional Add-On - $200

  • Lead retrieval is available as an optional add-on for exhibitors. If you require this feature, please purchase it in advance through the Exhibitor Portal.
  • Lead retrieval is powered by the PheedLoop mobile app, which enables you to scan attendee badges using your own smartphone or tablet.

Important Notes:

  • Only registered exhibitor staff with assigned tickets will be able to access the conference app, including lead retrieval.
  • Lead retrieval purchased on-site will incur a surcharge.
  • Devices for badge scanning (smartphone or tablet) must be provided by the exhibitor.

Cancellation and Refund Policy – 2026 Condo Conference

Exhibitor & Sponsorship Cancellations

  • Cancellations received on or before August 30, 2025, will be refunded less a $200 administration fee.
  • Cancellations received after August 30, 2025, are non-refundable unless the booth or sponsorship can be resold. If resold, a partial refund may be issued, minus the $200 fee.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: 📧 Exhibitors@condoconference.ca or sponsors@condoconference.ca and must include proof of full payment.
  • Important: Your booth and/or sponsorship is not confirmed until full payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to release any unpaid booth or sponsorship package if payment is not made by July 31st.
  • Sponsors: All logos must be uploaded through the sponsor portal and sent to jd@theresaplacemedia.ca in high-resolution format. Logos that are not high resolution will be subject to a $100 + HST formatting fee.
  • All exhibitor and sponsor tickets must be assigned at least 14 days before the event through the PheedLoop portal. Unassigned tickets will not be valid for entry.
