This session explores how everyday decisions influence operational continuity, maintenance and emergency preparedness. Using Fire Safety Plans, inspection records and a common security upgrade as examples, participants will learn how to identify information gaps, carry documentation updates through project completion and preserve building knowledge for future managers and boards.
